This website is run by Adesa Construction Group (ACG), ABN 33 159 220 372. We’re based at 7 Clune Street, Bayswater WA 6053. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” means ACG.

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you send us an enquiry through our quote form, we collect the details you give us: your name, email, phone number, company, project suburb, project type, your message, and any plans or photos you upload. We also collect information if you contact us by phone or email.

When you visit our website, we automatically collect general information about how the site is used, such as pages visited, time on site, device and browser type, and roughly which area you’re in. This is done using Google Analytics and cookies, and doesn’t identify you personally.

Why we collect it

We use your information to:

  • respond to your enquiry and prepare quotes
  • deliver and manage our projects and services
  • keep records of our dealings with you
  • understand how people use our website so we can improve it.

We won’t sell your personal information, and we won’t send you marketing emails unless you’ve agreed to receive them. If you do receive them, you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We only share your information when we need to, with:

  • trusted service providers who help us run our business, such as HubSpot (which stores our enquiries) and Google (website analytics)
  • companies within the Adesa group, such as Adesa Services, when they are involved in delivering your project
  • anyone we’re required to share it with by law.

Some of these providers may store information on servers outside Australia, for example in the United States. We choose reputable providers that protect personal information.
